Firehouse Shirt Club is a family owned, small business. We take a lot of pride in the shirts we send out each month. If you receive your shirt and are not satisfied, we will gladly refund your money on damaged products or credit your account for items that were are undamaged within 30 days of the date we ship it to you. We do not offer cash returns at this time.
EXCHANGES ARE ISSUED FOR U.S. PURCHASES ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE.
In order for a credit for your purchase, all items must be returned unworn and unwashed with original packaging contents (including the attached hanging tag if applicable) If an item is returned damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to credit the return. All returns must be sent prepaid. We will not accept a C.O.D. package. We are not responsible for missing packages. If you ship your return using USPS First Class Mail with Tracking, we will gladly reimburse your shipping costs within 30 days for items being returned due to an error on our part or a defective item. We will not refund shipping using any other shipping method.
We do our best to process your exchange within 15 business days of receiving the item(s). This credit will cover the total amount of your original purchase including tax and shipping, as well as the return shipping costs if you followed the method mentioned above.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES AT THIS TIME.
