Our Commitment

Firehouse Shirt Club is a family-owned small business, and we take great pride in the shirts we send each month. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Refunds

  • We gladly offer refunds for damaged products or credits for qualifying returns made within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  • Refunds are not offered as cash but may be applied as a credit back to your account.
  • To qualify for a return or credit, items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed.
    • In original packaging with all contents (including attached hang tags, if applicable).
  • Items returned damaged or not in original condition may not be eligible for credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for U.S. purchases only within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  • We do not currently offer exchanges for international purchases.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not accept C.O.D. packages and are not responsible for missing return shipments.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, FSC will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

Processing Time

  • We do our best to process returns or exchanges within 15 business days of receiving your item(s).

International Orders

  • All international purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders at this time.
