Firehouse Shirt Club is a family-owned small business, and we take great pride in the shirts we send each month. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Refunds

We gladly offer refunds for damaged products or credits for qualifying returns made within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- Refunds are not offered as cash but may be applied as a credit back to your account.

To qualify for a return or credit, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In original packaging with all contents (including attached hang tags, if applicable).
- Items returned damaged or not in original condition may not be eligible for credit.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for U.S. purchases only within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- We do not currently offer exchanges for international purchases.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not accept C.O.D. packages and are not responsible for missing return shipments.
- If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, FSC will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.
Processing Time

We do our best to process returns or exchanges within 15 business days of receiving your item(s).
International Orders

All international purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders at this time.
