Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Subscription orders are collected on the 5th of each month.
  • Shirts are produced during the 2nd and 3rd week of the month.
  • Orders are shipped during the 3rd and 4th week of the month.
  • Non-subscription products (if offered) are generally shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Important: Address changes made after the 5th of the month will not apply to that month’s shipment. Changes will take effect beginning with the following month. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is current prior to the 5th. Please see our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via best carrier option
  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, holidays, and weather delays.

Tracking Your Order

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates are provided directly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” Firehouse Shirt Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier for assistance.
  • We are unable to refund or reship items once they are confirmed as delivered.

International Shipping

  • All international sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for international orders.
  • International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the cost of reshipping the corrected item at no additional charge.
  • Please reach out to us at Service@FirehouseShirtClub.com within 7 days of receipt.
