This website is operated by Firehouse Shirt Club ("FSC"). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Firehouse Shirt Club. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Please read carefully before using our site. If you do not agree, you may not use the site or services.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

  • You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or have consent of a legal guardian to use this site.
  • Not for Resale: Products obtained from FSC are NOT FOR RESALE without our written consent. Violations may result in termination of service and possible legal action.
  • You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Section 2 – General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
  • Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

Section 3 – Products & Services

  • Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
  • We do not guarantee that product images (including colors) will appear exactly the same on all screens.

Section 4 – Membership Terms

  • FSC memberships automatically renew each month until canceled.
  • Your payment method will be billed in advance of each shipment, on or shortly after the 5th of the month.
  • By joining, you authorize FSC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Section 5 – Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account.
  • Cancellations must be made before the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s order.
  • We do not offer refunds for memberships that have already been processed or shipped.
  • Customers may skip or pause a membership (if offered) before the 5th of the month.

Section 6 – Shipping

  • Memberhsip orders are collected on the 5th of each month.
  • Shirts are produced during the 2nd and 3rd week of the month, and shipped during the 3rd and 4th week of the month.
  • Orders ship via best carrier option. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
  • Once carrier marks a package as delivered, FSC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • International purchases are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Section 7 – Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds/credits are only offered for damaged items or qualifying returns made within 30 days of shipment.

Section 8 – Privacy

  • Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 9 – Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

  • Occasionally, there may be errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

Section 10 – Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:

  • Unlawful purposes.
  • Soliciting others to engage in unlawful acts.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Uploading viruses or malicious code.
  • Harassing, abusing, defaming, or discriminating against others.
  • Collecting personal information of others without consent. Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your use of the Service.

Section 11 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • The Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • FSC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products.

Section 12 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firehouse Shirt Club, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

Section 13 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes shall be in Collin County, Texas.

Section 14 – Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SMS, MMS, and RCS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS, MMS, or RCS (Rich Communication Services) messages from Firehouse Shirt Club, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages at the mobile number you provided.

These messages may include order updates, account notifications, subscription billing notifications, promotional offers, and other information related to Firehouse Shirt Club.

Consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS Terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use after any change to these SMS Terms means you accept them.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Firehouse Shirt Club at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders).

Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.

Firehouse Shirt Club is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for message delays or failures. If your mobile number changes, you must re-enroll to continue receiving messages.
