I am existing member but didn't get my reward?
This explanation works for any membership product. The reward program was launched in November 2025. Any milestone that you may have reached before the program launch will not retroactively give out rewards. You will receive new rewards moving forward.
Example: "I had 11 shirts in Nov 2025, but did not get the rewards for 3, 6, or 9 shirts?" Those milestones were before the program launch, but you will receive the milestone reward for the 12th shirt in Dec 2025.
My rewards are not applying to my next order
Earned Crew Rewards are available from within your account. Rewards are not automatically applied. You must go into your account and apply them to your next membership order.
Do the Crew Rewards expire?
Yes, Crew Rewards expire after 60 days of being earned.
Was a member and just rejoined. Will I have to start over?
No...and Yes
No. Our Crew Rewards are based on the shirts/patches that you have ordered from your existing account. If you cancel a membership it will go INACTIVE. If you login to your account and REACTIVATE or start a new shirt or path (or both) membership under your existing account, then you will just pick up where you left off, rewards still available.
There is an exception.
If you start a new account using a different email address, then start a new shirt or path (or both) membership, your count for rewards will start over on this new account.
How can my shirt or patch be free?
Good Question!!
Each milestone earns you a reward and certain milestones earn you bigger rewards. The key is in the Referral part of Crew Rewards. You can earn $8 in rewards for every new member that signs up under your referral link.
Stack your milestone rewards and referrals to apply to your membership orders. That's how you can get your shirt or patch(or both) free on a given month.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn with Referrals?
Nope.
You can earn as many referral rewards as you are able. Members that help new members to join will always get rewarded.
Just remember that rewards expire after 60 days.
