Cancellation policy

Membership Terms

  • Firehouse Shirt Club memberships automatically renew each month until canceled.
  • Your payment method will be billed in advance of each shipment, on or shortly after the 5th of the month.
  • By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions.
  • Cancellations must be made before the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s order.
  • We do not offer refunds for memberships that have already been processed or shipped.

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be made in your account before the 5th of the month to apply to that month’s shipment.
  • Changes made after the 5th will not apply until the following month’s order.

Skipping or Pausing a Membership

  • If offered, customers may skip a month or temporarily pause their membership through their online account.
  • Skips or pauses must be applied before the 5th of the month.

Non-membership Purchases

  • One-time purchases (if offered) are charged at checkout and are not subject to recurring billing.

Changes to Payment Information

  • You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.
  • If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge. Repeated failures may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.
