Firehouse Shirt Club Participant Agreement

This Participant Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Firehouse Shirt Club (“Company”) and the submitted individual (“Tester”) who has been selected to participate in our exclusive product testing program.

1. Purpose - Tester agrees to participate in the trial of new products from FirehouseShirtClub.com, providing honest feedback on performance, quality, and overall experience. 2. Confidentiality - Tester acknowledges that all product details, designs, and related information are confidential. Tester agrees not to share any details publicly (including social media) unless otherwise authorized by Firehouse Shirt Club. 3. Feedback & Obligations - Tester agrees to: 1) Use the product as instructed 2) Provide timely and detailed feedback when requested 3) Report any issues, defects, or concerns 4) No Compensation | Participation in this program is voluntary. Testers may receive free or discounted products, but will not receive financial compensation unless stated otherwise in writing. 5. Ownership & Rights - All tested products remain the property of Firehouse Shirt Club unless explicitly gifted. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by Tester may be used by Firehouse Shirt Club for product improvement and marketing purposes. 6. Termination - Firehouse Shirt Club reserves the right to remove a Tester from the program at any time for non-compliance with this agreement.
